Dispatch timeframe
From the time of order confirmation, Our standard dispatch time is 7-8 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Urgent dispatch is available under certain conditions, allowing for same-day shipping. Please contact us to check availability.
Public holidays
We do not operate on public holidays. If your order coincides with a public holiday, please anticipate potential delays.
Seasonal Delays and Unforeseen Events
During busy seasonal periods, festivals, or unforeseen events like political unrest, public curfews, or containment zones, there may be an additional delay. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your order.
Dispatch Notification
You will receive an email notification one day prior to the expected dispatch date. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
Carrier preference and shipping timeframe
We select the courier service based on your location and the availability of the courier.
Since we are based in Tamil Nadu, orders within the state will be delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping.
For southern Indian states, including Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, delivery will be completed within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
For the rest of India, delivery will take 5-6 business days after the order is dispatched.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
Track your order
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and other preferred communication channels.
