We only accept exchanges, returns, or refunds if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Be sure to include an unpacking video as proof of the damage; this video is mandatory for processing your claim. 

After verification, we will review your request for an exchange, return, or refund within 48 hours of the parcel’s delivery.
